At Sabal Palm Montessori, we foster a supportive environment where children build independence, confidence, and character while developing a lifelong love of learning. Through authentic Montessori pedagogy, hands-on activities, and strong connections to nature and our community, we prepare children for success in school and beyond.

Our Programs

Children’s House (Ages 3–6)

Our thoughtfully designed environment promotes children’s independence, concentration, coordination, and establishes a strong foundation for future learning..

Lower Elementary (Ages 6–9)

Our program encourages imagination, reasoning, collaboration, and discovery through an integrated Montessori curriculum.

Upper Elementary (Ages 9–12)

We provide a dynamic learning environment where students develop critical thinking, take responsibility, strengthen leadership skills, and foster curiosity.

Middle School/Erdkinder (Ages 12–18)

Our adolescent program supports academic growth, self-discovery, collaboration, and community engagement. We also provide a farm-based Montessori experience that integrates learning with nature, practical work, entrepreneurship, and real-life skills.

Meet Our Founder

Kathleen Saint Leger brings nearly three decades of Montessori teaching, teacher-trainer, and school leadership experience to Sabal Palm Montessori. She has taught across the Montessori continuum from Primary through Erdkinder. She has a 3-6 certification as a catechist of the Good Shepherd and served for seven years as the Head of School and Lead Erdkinder teacher at the Montessori Academy of Celebration.

Mrs. Saint Leger founded Sabal Palm Montessori to build an authentic Montessori learning community where every child is truly seen, deeply valued, genuinely respected, and supported academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and ethically.
